Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of RabbitMail (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RabbitMail provides cold-email infrastructure and automation: provisioning sending domains and mailboxes, warming them, sending sequences, and triaging replies. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with all applicable laws.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.
- You must verify your email address before sending.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Sending unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email in violation of the AUP, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable law is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Third-party costs you incur through the Service (domain registrations, mailbox seats, IP leases) are your responsibility.
5. Deliverability
We provide tools to improve deliverability but do not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, or that any mailbox, domain, or IP will remain unblocked. Reputation depends on your sending behavior.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the AUP, for non-payment, or to protect the Service and other users. You may cancel at any time.
7. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
