Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This Policy explains what personal data RabbitMail collects, how we use it, and your rights. For data you upload about your recipients, see also our Data Processing Addendum.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, workspace, billing details.
- Usage data — logs, device/IP, and product analytics.
- Customer content — lead lists, email content, mailbox and domain configuration, and replies. For this data we act as a processor on your behalf.
2. How we use it
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- To send transactional and, with consent, product communications.
- To detect abuse and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Sub-processors
We use third parties to run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, email/mailbox providers, DNS, payment processing, AI model providers). We require appropriate safeguards from each. A current list is available on request.
4. Retention
We retain account data for the life of your account and customer content per your configuration or instructions. Deleted data is purged from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal requirements.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for secrets, access controls, and tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
We may process data outside your country. Where required we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
